Can I bring my children?

We love your little ones, but we kindly request that our wedding ceremony and reception remain an adults-only celebration. However, the whole family is welcome to attend the day party on Saturday!

Can I drive to the events?

While there is parking at the wedding venue (The Farm at Old Edwards), it is a bit limited and roads in the Highlands are not well lit, so we prefer you use the provided transportations. Shuttles will be running all night for anyone needing to leave early and it is only a 5 minute ride. There is no parking at the Saturday event (Piermont Cottage) so we encourage you to walk or if driving, you’ll need to park nearby.

What is the dress code?

Wedding (Friday) - Creative Formal (We’re not fussy so please wear what you are most comfortable in - Suit/Tie, Long/Mid Length Dresses). The ceremony will be on grass so please keep that in mind for footwear. Need more inspiration? Click here!

Hoedown Throwdown (Saturday) - Denim required, Bolos/Hats/Boots encouraged. This will be outdoors on grass so please keep that in mind for sweaters/footwear. Need more inspiration? Click here!

Is there a Rehearsal Dinner or Welcome Party?

In lieu of a traditional rehearsal dinner or welcome party, we have chosen to do an intimate family dinner on Thursday and begin the group activities on Friday, kicking off with the wedding! That being said, we will be going to a local bar on Thursday night for anyone coming to town early who would like to say hello!

What will the weather be like?

Most likely in the 50-60s so please pack a sweater/jacket for the evenings as the temperature usually drops, especially since the Highlands are located at 4117’ elevation.

What should I do Saturday night after the BBQ?

The town is full of amazing restaurants & bars that could be fun if you’re still feeling like keeping the party going! Check out our Things To Do page for some of our favorites.

Can I bring a plus one?

So long as they were included on your Save The Date or Invitation. If you are not sure, please email Clippy below. While we’d love to be able to extend plus ones to everyone, space is limited at our venues.
